During this immersive workshop, you'll embark on a nourishing journey of self-discovery and release. Together, we'll reconnect with the wisdom of your body and untangle the knots that hold you back from being in your full power so you can feel calm, grounded and confident.

Workshop Highlights:

1. Intention Setting: We’ll begin by creating a sacred space where intentions are set for healing and transformation. Our circle will support and uplift each other throughout the workshop.

2. Safe Expression: Engage in practices that release the weight of your emotions through guided breathwork, movement, and vocal expression to unlock your innate power.

3. Energy Healing: Once you’ve released all that’s weighing you down, it’s time for you to receive a beautiful grounding energy healing to bring you back to centre.

4. Reconnect to your wisdom: Reconnect with your body's inner wisdom through a reflective process that will leave you feeling empowered and renewed.

5. Continued Support: 20min integration call a week later to support you through anything that may have come up after the workshop.
